Cavalier Computers Service Center is located inside the Cavalier Computers - Bookstore Showroom and is staffed with manufacturer authorized service technicians for Apple, Dell, HP, and Lenovo. You may drop off your computer at your convenience, no appointments necessary.

Regular Service
Worked on in the order received, 1st in - 1st out:
$110.00 per hour (minimum 1/2 hour bench fee $55.00)
Overtime Service
Technician stays and works overtime to fix next business day:
$160.00 per hour, 1 hour minimum
Common Repairs & Cost
- Install basic hardware - Per Item: $55.00
- Install software - Per title: $55.00
- File backup service on recoverable/readable hard drives
- Data Transfer - Up to 100GB: $110.00
- Data Transfer - 100GB - 200GB: $220.00
- Data Transfer - Over 200GB: $220.00 + $55.00 per additional 100GB
- Spyware/virus removal: $155.00 per hour
- Re-install operating system (Including updates)
- Windows or Mac OS - $100.00
